• Proposal System: A collaborative tool to capture the initial requirements of a project. From within the proposal system we can control and audit our estimation process. It also further allows us to ensure that quotes we provide are accurate and reflect the work involved in each project.

• Project Management System: It helps stakeholders, project managers and teams to closely monitor projects. The features of this system are:

• Quality Management System: The QMS is the backbone of our development process. It outlines processes, templates, checklists, manuals and training materials. The QMS also contains our software process database (SPDB) repository. Using the QMS we measure our performance on each project and use the results to continually refine our in-house processes and methodologies.

• Quality Test System: A tool to capture the execution results of testing that is performed based on the test cases in a project. Load testing and performance testing are performed by the dedicated quality team in all the projects. The tool is designed in such a way that it facilitates workflow and system generated email notifications at each stage of process. Types of testing results that it can capture and monitor are:

  • White box testing

  • System testing
