This model fits best for complex projects which are prone to frequent changes. This gives the required flexibility for modifying the project specifications on an ongoing basis.

A low risk option, which can be chosen for the projects for which scope and specifications are clear. In this, based on your requirements we propose a fixed cost which needs to be paid either upfront on pre defined milestones.

We appoint a few of our skilled resources to be a part of your dedicated team. This provides a cost effective solution to customers requiring continuous offshore support. For such dedicated relationships, we also implement customer specific quality/process frameworks and teams are trained for the specific needs of a client.
